Why Sourceful Was Started

After 20+ years in the BPO space, we learned that the landscape is ever-changing and difficult for customers to keep up with. With constant acquisitions and endless leadership changes, it's hard to know who to trust these days.

 

As employees of BPO's we felt that. We had experienced multiple acquisitions over the years and watched the company culture change rapidly. Instead of spending our time presenting one company that may/or may not deliver, we started Sourceful to be able to present multiple options and change those options as the BPO business climate changed.
